The Annual European Graduate Conference on Political Parties (AEGCPP = pronounced 'eggcup')  is a conference group designed to bring together graduate students who are looking at and researching political parties across Europe and beyond. The inaugural conference was hosted by the the University of Birmingham, England.

The AEGCPP Conference seeks to provide a platform for postgraduate research in the area of political parties. Given the dynamic nature of the subject area, the yearly conference offers postgraduate students an arena in which to discuss, challenge and interpret the changes occurring in the field. The conference is designed to bring together postgraduate researchers from across Europe working with political parties and share current research about the life of the party, from the structure of the organisation itself to the behaviour in parliaments and legislatures; from its inter- or intra-party communication to its method of campaigning. Along with encouraging multiple theoretical approaches to the study political parties worldwide, this conference aims to work across methodological approaches to discover the state of research currently undertaken by graduates. Organised by and for postgraduate students, the AEGCPP conference tries to provide a supportive atmosphere in which to present research and a significant opportunity to discuss work with peers and senior researchers across Europe and beyond.

The Second AEGCPP conference took place at Sciences-Po, in Paris, and was funded conjointly by the Centres d'Etudes Européennes, the Association Française de Science Politique (Standing Group on Party Politics) and the Elections, Public Opinion and Parties Specialist Group (EPOP) of the Political Studies Association (UK)
